Sporting Event Award

To be voted the 2011 “Most Positive Sporting Event in the World”, platforms developed by a sporting event will be judged on the following criteria:

Sports Community Involvement
  • Philanthropic Giving through Sports
  • Awareness for Causes through Sports Campaigns
  • Cause Marketing Campaigns utilizing Sports
Sports Innovation
  • Innovative Products and Practices Designed to Make the  Sports World a Better Place
  • Impact on the Environment and Positive Adjustments

 

Nomination Structure and Voting Rules:

  • Nominations in the sporting event category are coordinated through submissions directly to Celebrate Positive.com via non-profit organizations.
  • Deadlines for nominations are December 15, 2011    
  • Voting will take place on-line at selected polling sites for the International Voting Academy members, as well as sites specifically created for general public voting.
  • Celebrate Positive, LLC does not have a vote for the International POSITIVE Sports Awards.
  • Completed rankings for all polls will be handled by Celebrate Positive, LLC and award ceremonies are held between February 1 and May 30, 2012.
